Based in Burlington, Ontario, GTA Compressor Solutions serves clients across Southern Ontario and uses ProCura IoT to monitor their clients' industrial operations. So, how has ProCura been helping you and your team?


We’ve been extremely satisfied with ProCura IoT’s performance and reliability. The system allows us to generate audit reports and evaluate equipment efficiency without additional cost to our clients. ProCura’s insight has helped us assess whether our customers’s compressors are properly sized for the load demand, and the platform has made a significant difference in helping us strengthen relationships with our customers.



Thats what we like to hear. Can you tell us about a specific use-case where ProCura hedged an issue?


Sure, one of GTA’s biggest success stories came from a proactive service response enabled by ProCura’s real-time data. It was a Sunday morning, and an electronics plant that uses ProCura reported that its 150 HP compressor was experiencing high temperatures and shutdown issues. Thanks to ProCura IoT, a GTA technician was on-site even before the client called, quickly diagnosing a failing air end. Within 12 hours, a rental compressor was dispatched to keep the plant operational.






Glad ProCura spotted that issue!


Yes, but the story didn’t end there. The data we gathered through ProCura IoT revealed that the client’s existing 150 HP compressor was oversized for their needs. We were able to recommend a smaller, more efficient 125 HP compressor, saving them both on capital expenses and operating costs.


The client was impressed by the thorough analysis and made the switch to the smaller unit, resulting in improved efficiency and long-term savings.
